These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reshu VPN service, website, Telegram bot, and personal dashboard (collectively, the "Service"), operated by aiassist factory, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may use and pay for the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Reshu VPN provides an encrypted virtual private network that routes your internet traffic through our servers to protect your privacy, secure your connection, and help you access content. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and managed through our Telegram bot and web dashboard.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (bank cards and other supported payment methods). We do not store full card details. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at help@reshu.app.
Purchases in the iPhone and iPad app. If you subscribe in the Reshu VPN app for iPhone or iPad, the payment is processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID settings at any time. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com); we cannot issue them ourselves. For these purchases Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

We strive to provide a reliable, high-availability Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Настоящее Пользовательское соглашение («Соглашение») регулирует доступ и использование сервиса Reshu VPN, сайта, Telegram-бота и личного кабинета (совместно — «Сервис»), управляемых компанией aiassist factory, LLC («мы»). Создавая аккаунт, оформляя подписку или иным образом используя Сервис, вы соглашаетесь с условиями Соглашения.
Сервисом можно пользоваться с 13 лет. Если вам ещё нет 18 лет (или вы не достигли совершеннолетия в своей стране), пользуйтесь Сервисом и оплачивайте его только с согласия родителя или законного представителя. Используя Сервис, вы подтверждаете, что соответствуете этим условиям, прочитали, поняли и принимаете настоящее Соглашение и Политику конфиденциальности. Если вы не согласны — не используйте Сервис.
Reshu VPN — это зашифрованная виртуальная частная сеть, которая направляет ваш интернет-трафик через наши серверы для защиты приватности, обеспечения безопасности соединения и доступа к контенту. Сервис предоставляется по подписке и управляется через Telegram-бот и веб-кабинет.
Платежи обрабатываются сторонними платёжными провайдерами (банковские карты и другие поддерживаемые способы оплаты). Мы не храним полные данные карт. За исключением случаев, предусмотренных законом, платежи не подлежат возврату. По вопросам ошибочных списаний пишите на help@reshu.app.
Покупки в приложении для iPhone и iPad. Если вы оформляете подписку в приложении Reshu VPN для iPhone или iPad, платёж обрабатывает Apple и списывает его с вашего Apple ID при подтверждении покупки. Подписка продлевается автоматически на тот же срок и по той же цене, если не отключить автопродление минимум за 24 часа до конца текущего периода; списание за новый период происходит в последние 24 часа текущего. Управлять подпиской и отключить автопродление можно в любой момент в настройках Apple ID. Возвраты за покупки в App Store оформляет Apple по своим правилам (reportaproblem.apple.com), сами мы их провести не можем. Для таких покупок также действует лицензионное соглашение Apple для приложений (Licensed Application EULA).

За нарушение этого раздела доступ может быть приостановлен или прекращён.
Мы стремимся обеспечивать надёжную работу Сервиса, но не гарантируем бесперебойную или безошибочную работу. Сервис может быть временно недоступен из-за обслуживания, обновлений или факторов вне нашего контроля.
Сервис предоставляется «как есть» и «как доступно», без каких-либо гарантий. В максимально допустимой законом степени мы не несём ответственности за косвенные, случайные или вытекающие убытки. Наша совокупная ответственность ограничена суммой, уплаченной вами за двенадцать месяцев, предшествующих претензии.
Мы можем периодически обновлять настоящее Соглашение. Продолжение использования Сервиса после вступления изменений в силу означает согласие с обновлённой версией.
